AIRPORT INFORMATION
Cangas is very well connected with 3 main airports in our catchment area: Peinador (Vigo, Spain), Lavacolla (Santiago, Spain) and Saá Carneiro (Porto, Portugal).
Both Vigo and Santiago airports are approximately 1h away by car with excellent motorway connections. Vigo airport is only 25 mins away by car.
Several low-cost companies, such as Ryanair and Easyjet, offer excellent connections with Stanstead and other European capitals with regular flight frequencies and very competitive prices.
OTHER TRANSPORT
There is a regular ferry connection to Vigo city, operated by two different companies. The scenic journey lasts around 20 mins and the boats run with a 30 minute frequency.
The main taxi rank is just outside the port entrance on the main road.
Monbus is the main company that runs the bus service to Vigo, Pontevedra and neighbouring areas.
